We offer collection and delivery services to and from your offices for boxes or files.


Moving documents securely

We take responsibility for all deliveries ourselves using only our own staff and vehicles for all deliveries and collections.  We use unmarked vehicles to transport all your documents swiftly and efficiently to our closed secure facility.  It is only with your permission that we access your boxes to retrieve or return files.

Retrievals

You can either retrieve whole boxes or just files.

Whenever a file or box needs retrieving all you have to do is complete one of our order forms and either fax or email it over to us.  We locate your files/boxes from within our facility and deliver them to your premises as required. Our operating procedures ensure that all faxes/emails received are dealt with by 5.00pm that day to guarantee delivery the next working day.  If, however, you require a file or box the same day you can call us for an emergency delivery within 2 hours.

Returns

When you need to return a retrieved file just complete a fresh order form and fax/email it to us and we will arrange to collect any returns from you.

PVC boxes can be supplied to each of our clients so that all individual files are transported in these to ensure confidentiality and security.
